CHIEF DIGITAL AND INFORMATION OFFICER

Barry joined Sime Darby Industrial in 2020. As part of the Sime Darby Industrial Executive Lead Team, Barry is responsible for leading Sime Darby Industrial’s digital business solutions and information technology function to maximise the value of technology and to enable the company to meet its business and strategic goals as well as providing value for our customers and our team members. With over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry and over 15 years developing and executing digital transformation, Barry has held multiple senior roles across a broad range of industries including Finance, FMCG and manufacturing. Prior to joining Sime Darby Industrial, Barry led the digital transformation at Domino Pizza across countries including Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland. He worked with Parmalat (Lactalis Group) dairy company in Australasia leading the technology function to support its strategy growth. Barry has a background in aviation engineering from his time in the military and studied Business at the University of Southern Queensland.
