GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCT SUPPORT

Adrian is proud to have been with Hastings Deering for over 35 years, beginning his career back in 1986, and having worked in QLD, Northern Territory, and Papua New Guinea. 

Over that time, Adrian has seen the company go from strength to strength, whilst attaining and applying in-depth knowledge, experience and expertise across a broad and diverse number of roles within the group.

Now General Manager, Product Support, Adrian's previous roles include General Manager, Marketing and Business Transformation; General Manager, Strategy, Portfolio and Business Transformation; and Executive General Manager, Mining. As a member of the executive leadership team he is responsible for overseeing the Services Growth program which is focused on profitably growing the aftermarket solutions (parts, service, product support solutions) business.

His experienced team has a broad remit across Product Support and Customer Solutions, Technical Services, Quoting and Standardisation, HDReman and Customer Solutions, and future Product Support Strategic initiatives.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business degree, with majors in Marketing, Management and Economics, from the University of Central Queensland. He has also successfully completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
