Four year competency based program with workplace based hands on training combined with formal learning through Hastings Deering Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or TAFE.

Support during your apprenticeship: All new Apprentices will be supported by an Apprentice Learning Coordinator who will guide you through your formal learning. You will also be assigned your very own Apprentice Buddy. Your Buddy will be a former Hastings Deering Apprentice who has since moved into a trades position and is there to help you learn the ropes! Your Buddy will support and guide you through your first year as an Apprentice.
